Was reluctant to buy at first since I usually have trouble with shoe sizes because I am a half-size (7.5). Thankfully, when I requested via email to have size changed from 39 to 38, they immediately attended to it and I got the replacement within 3 business days.

The delivered shoes look as good as it does in pictures. Have not tried using it outside yet, but upon trying it out at home, the inside soles are very soft. Hopefully, it would really be comfortable to wear all day long.
